Cooperation between the WoTLK Gold factions has been an idea that's appeared multiple times over the years from Alliance leaders Varian Wrynn's battle cry "for Azeroth" in the trailer video for the Legion expansion, to Horde veteran Varok Saurfang pledging to "break the vicious cycle" of conflict between both factions at close the Battle for Azeroth. In light of that it's about time the two factions came together in a meaningful way , not just standing close to one another in cutscenes.

Another reason players are enthusiastic to play cross-faction is the advantages it brings. Friends will be able to do the same thing in an instance, regardless of server or faction for instance. It is apparent that Alliance players in particular are looking forward to the chance to group with their Horde counterparts, as it will be much easier for them to locate groups to play endgame content such as raids and Mythic+ Dungeons. With a greater number of active players which is pooled rather than split in half, is more beneficial for the game's health too, regardless of whether you're currently playing Horde or Alliance. The players seem to be more than willing to let their differences go and band together to not only play for Azeroth but for betterment of the game itself.

Many players are calling for more collaboration between the two factions. While cross-faction support won't initially be a part of cross-faction guilds, or the possibility of forming groups with other members of the opposing faction in the open world, these concepts are something that more than few players are inclined to. What happens when any of these ideas are actually realized remains to be determined, but it's evident that the blurring of the boundaries between Horde and Alliance is only getting started, and players appear to be ready for whatever is the next time.

Cross-faction gameplay isn't the sole WoW update to be announced this week. In another update that's been well-received by the game's players, Blizzard is now cracking down on organised WoTLK Classic Gold "boosting communities" advertising services in games. Activision Blizzard is also currently working towards being acquired by Microsoft in an acquisition worth $69 billion, which has some wondering if WoW will appear on Xbox consoles.
